At MaryRuth Organics, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your wellness. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Start Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

Drop Off Locally

Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Refund or Credit

Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
